Practical Information
Consultation Locations:
- AZ Sint-Maria Ziekenhuis Halle: Register at the kiosk upon arrival, then proceed to waiting room 3
- Medikliniek: Auguste Demaeghtlaan 67, 1500 Halle
🔔 Please double-check the location when booking your appointment.
Booking Guidelines:
- Consultations are by appointment only.
- Book one appointment per child. If multiple children need to be seen, please reserve separate, consecutive time slots.
- Always provide your full contact details, including a phone number. This allows us to reach you promptly in case of any schedule changes.
- If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- For vaccination appointments, kindly mention “vaccine + your child’s age” when booking, so we can prepare the appropriate vaccines.
- Don’t forget to bring your child’s Kind & Gezin booklet to the appointment.
Urgent Appointments:
If no slots are available and your child requires urgent care, you may contact Dr. Marcelis by phone.
Test Results:
For lab or examination results, you can call from Tuesday to Friday, starting from 2 PM.
Please Note:
On days when Dr. Marcelis is consulting full-time at the hospital, she may be on call for urgent cases. This can occasionally result in longer waiting times. Thank you for your understanding.
