This program uses scientifically based tools: heart coherence training, mindfulness/ACT training/coaching.

The disadvantages of stress are visible in every aspect of our lives. Together with Nahid, you will work on developing new skills and strategies to deal with stress better.

 

 

 

 

 

 

What exactly does the Stress Management Program entail?

The program consists of a combination of gaining insight, training (What is stress and what does it do to me? How do I deal with it? What do I want to achieve?) and exercises ('What can I use to better manage my stress?') with room for a coaching conversation.

 

What you learn is sustainable and preventive: the acquired techniques or insights can be applied in various circumstances in the private or work environment. By applying them regularly, you can better deal with increasing pressure or tension and thus prevent it from becoming problematic.

 

If an unexpected difficult moment arises, an event that evokes intense emotions or causes stress, you can apply what you have learned. 

 

Instead of reacting instinctively to stress, you will maintain more control and adopt a more efficient attitude to deal with the situation.

How quickly will I see results from the program?

The first results are already observed after 2 weeks. It all depends on the level of stress the client is experiencing at that moment and the amount of practice between sessions.

 

After 6 weeks, most participants notice clear progress. Before the start of the sessions, after 6-8 weeks and again after 6 months, a questionnaire is filled out (optional). The difference in the individual answers is remarkable.
