Short biography of Kris
Kris has been active as a stress therapist and mindfulness trainer since 2011. She worked for many years as a social worker in the Brussels Marollen district with the underprivileged and homeless. From that experience, her fascination for human behavior grew and her conviction that mindfulness is a powerful tool for everyone, regardless of background or situation.
Personally, Kris is an active over-60s person, mother of four adult sons and a proud grandmother. She is eager to learn, curious, involved and likes to keep things practical and down-to-earth.
